The clients loved the charm of their 1930's era bungalow but they needed more space and a better functioning kitchen. A proposed addition formed through an extensive design process to include a master suite and extended kitchen square footage. In addition to fulfilling the clients needs the addition needed to respect the proportions of the existing house and style of the neighborhood. After the project was completed the client asked for a proposed carport.
